Key not found
Unbound keys are deleted after 1 hour. Generate a new key and activate the bot immediately.
Already activated on another computer
One key = one PC. Ask admin to Reset machine, or use the original PC.
This computer is already bound to another key
This PC already has a key. Use that key, or admin must reset the old binding before a new key works.
Balance expired
Recharge from My Key. Trading stays off until admin verifies the TXID.
Bot window closes instantly
Always use Start.bat. Install Visual C++ Redistributable x64. Open STARTUP.log.
MT5 not connecting
License must be valid first. Then MT5 must be installed, logged in, Algo Trading ON, and the terminal path must be correct.
