1. Binding Agreement

By registering for, accessing, or using BTC Pattern Scanner (the "Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Service operators ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to every provision below, you must not use the Service and must delete your account immediately.

2. Service Description — Not Financial Advice

BTC Pattern Scanner displays Bitcoin (BTCUSDT) candlestick pattern information for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee profits. All trading decisions and outcomes are solely your responsibility.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time — including free or paid access — without prior notice if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service. Account sharing, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass paid features are strictly prohibited.

4. Coins & Premium Membership

• Coin pack: $10.00 USD = 1,000 coins
• Premium activation: 1,000 coins
• Coins are virtual credits inside the Service only — they are not cryptocurrency, legal tender, or a stored-value instrument
• All coin purchases and Premium activations are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory local law
• Coins are credited only after our manual payment verification
• We may change coin pricing, pack sizes, or Premium requirements at any time without liability

5. Referral Program

When a new user registers through your unique referral link and successfully activates Premium, you receive 100 bonus coins, credited to your account balance. Referral rewards may be used for Premium or withdrawn subject to Section 6. We may modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or fake accounts result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

6. Coin Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 100 coins
• Conversion: 1,000 coins = $10.00 USD, paid via Binance USDT (BEP20) unless we specify otherwise
• You must provide accurate Binance UID or USDT wallet details
• Withdrawals are reviewed manually; processing may take 1–5 business days or longer
• We may reject any withdrawal we consider suspicious, incomplete, or fraudulent — rejected amounts may be returned to your balance at our discretion
• You are responsible for all taxes on referral earnings or withdrawals in your jurisdiction

7. Trading & Financial Risk

Cryptocurrency trading involves extreme volatility and risk of total loss. Pattern signals are not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. You agree that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

8. No Legal Claims — Waiver & Dispute Resolution

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• You agree that you will not bring or participate in any lawsuit, court action, arbitration, regulatory complaint, chargeback dispute, or class/collective action against us or anyone affiliated with the Service arising from or related to the Service, your account, coins, payments, referrals, withdrawals, data, or these Terms
• You irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive relief, damages, refunds, compensation, or any other remedy from us in any forum
• Any disagreement you have with us must be resolved solely by discontinuing use of the Service — your exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service
• If a court finds any part of this section unenforceable, the remainder still applies to the maximum extent allowed

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, uptime, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the thirty (30) days before the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service operators, affiliates, and staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Privacy & Data

We store account data (name, email, payment references, usage logs) to operate the Service. Market data comes from public APIs. We do not sell personal data. You consent to our data practices by using the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without refund. Upon termination, unused coins may be forfeited without compensation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without individual notice. The updated version applies immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. You must review this page on every login.

14. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
